Kelio Planning target market

Kelio Planning is a time optimisation solution aimed at organising work in businesses with from 25 to 2,000 employees.
With its design emphasising ease of use and computational power, it provides users with the necessary tools to improve anticipation in workforce management.

Main functions of the Kelio Planning system :

• Intuitive and customisable workspace
A limited number of screens is enough to manage every situation arising in company planning, and the Kelio Planning workspace is used to schedule attendance, absence, activities and on-call schedules (in particular in the medical sector).

• "Resources" view
Considered as the conventional view in scheduling, the “resources” view can be used to allocate schedules, absence, activities, etc. to staff. It can be used in real time to check the impact in terms of cumulative time or coverage of requirements.

• Schedule modelling
During the planning process, amending schedules individually is a frequent and time-consuming activity. Kelio Planning can be used to allocate the same schedule to more than one staff member, then make individual adjustments.
A graphical user interface is used to make such adjustments directly on the planning screen.

Intranet module : a new time space

This add-on module to Bodet time management systems simplifies and decentralises some of the workload of Human Resources departments.

Installed as an option, it allows staff to keep better track of their time and to make their absence requests, and it allows managers to manage and monitor their staff’s attendance and absence.

It provides two sets of capabilities for two kinds of user:

The personal workspace for : • Real-time clocking in/out using any PC connected to the corporate network • Making absence requests • Viewing personal data

The manager workspace for : • Approving absence requests • Viewing absent/present staff in real time • Viewing records • Being notified of threshold breaches
