What is the Wireless DHF System?

The DHF system is a wireless control system that is specifically designed to answer specific needs when hardwired solutions are not possible (i.e: existing building, extension). The DHF system control time synchronisation for all the clocks in your premises as well as bell or tones if required (Manufacturing plant, school, college,...)

What are the differences between Bodet and other manafuctures?

The main difference between Bodet and its competitors is the fact that the Wireless DHF system offers much more than just time synchronisation. You can start with a simple synchronised clock system and expand it to provide wireless bells,   network TCP/IP interface and more. Also Bodet offers a wide range of analogue or digital clocks.

Why should I purchase from Bodet?

Bodet has been an experienced wired and wireless product manufacturer since 1868. The wireless DHF system uses HF radio waves based on a frequency part of the licence free ISM band (Industrial Scientific and Medical) according to ETS 300-220 European standard. Bodet offers a wide range of products, all manufactured in house according to the ISO9001 certification. As a well known manufacturer, the Bodet Group has thousand of references across Europe and the the World.

Can I have clocks and bells capabilities with the Wireless DHF system?

One of the most significant advantages of the wireless DHF system is the ability to use the system as a Clock and Bell system.

What is the transmission range of the Wireless DHF system?

The Wireless DHF System can cover a small premises up to a multi storage buildings . The radio waves (869 MHz) can be received through building walls. Area covered vary depending on number, structure and thickness of the walls. Signal coverage can easily be extended by adding repeaters.  This system is conform to: Radio standard: EN 300-220-3, EMC standard: EN 301-489-3, AFNOR standard: NF 87-500 C.

Will the system keep running when the power goes out?

In case of a power outage, the battery operated clocks will continue to display the correct time during 24h. Upon resuming power, the master clock will start transmitting the accurate time to all system wireless components.

Can I expand my system and add more clocks, bells, etc?

One of the most significant advantages of the wireless DHF system is the ability to add more wireless controlled devices and expand the system as needed. The wireless DHF system provides broad options in addition to adding clocks and bells. You can start with a simple clock system and later expand the system to provide activation of wireless bells, network TCP/IP interface, etc.

How does the Wireless DHF system cost compare with a hard-wired system?

The primary cost difference between a wireless system and a hard wired system relates to the costly wiring of the facility and future related wiring problems.  Another cost saving factor with a wireless system is that there is no need for expensive service calls for wiring problems or product relocation since it can be done easily by the user.
