 Self-service module : a personal workspace

This self service module simplifies and decentralises administrative tasks such as absence requests with approval workflow, account viewing, sending notifications to managers, etc.

It allows your staff to keep better track of their time and to make their absence requests, and it allows managers to manage and monitor their staff’s attendance and absence.

It provides two sets of capabilities for two kinds of user:

The personal workspace for  • Real-time clocking in/out using any PC connected to the corporate network • Making absence requests • Viewing personal data

The manager workspace for  • Approving absence requests • Viewing absent/present staff in real time • Viewing records • Being notified of threshold breaches
